In the municipality, visitors can enjoy endless lace-like coastlines under a unique sun, which, combined with the green and the blue of nature and sea, captivates the senses. Hotels and rented rooms of all categories, along with entertainment, dining, and leisure venues, offer guests comfortable accommodation and services.

The beaches of the Municipality of Preveza can be divided into those located close to the city and those stretching along a 60-kilometer coastline of the Ionian Sea. They are ideal spots for surfing, sailing, water skiing, parasailing, boat rentals, and fishing.

All beaches have free access.

Alonaki Beach

Just after the village of Pantokrator, only 1 km away, lies Alonaki Beach. The coast features golden sand, is cosmopolitan, and offers facilities for an unforgettable holiday. It is an ideal destination for families. A few meters further down is the beach of the settlement of Drosia, where you can swim and enjoy a coffee or meal.

Alonaki is the city’s most popular beach, surrounded by an exceptionally beautiful eucalyptus grove. Next to the beach, in the small forest, you can watch locals play “ampali”, a traditional game with metal balls dating back to the Venetian period.
